Just wanted to give some quick feedback on the CSS Training we received. It was great training and it provided me some great pointers/tips on how to approach future calls with customers. In the past, I would get stumped by some of the customers’ questions. But, after this training, I have a new confidence with asking/answering the questions that I will be asking customers. Just wanted to say thanks for this… It’s some of the most valuable training I’ve ever received. Thanks. Andrew Lak
